24. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
25. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
26. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
27. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
28. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
